They take time to ensure proper bike fittings and explain adjustments.
The shop provides quality rentals, including standard, electric, and tandem bikes, which are noted to be fantastic, in great shape, quite new, and comfortable. Repairs are nicely priced, often better than expected, and leave bikes running smoother. The location is ideal for accessing the mostly flat trail, allowing rides to destinations like Brewster, Chatham, Wellfleet, and Nickerson State Park.

Needed to change my handle bars and DCC came up with a flexible solution. I brought the bike in, and in no time they had it ready to go. The staff took the time to make sure everything was adjusted before I hit the road again. Not only that, they did a safety check. Couldn’t have been happier. Thanks guys.

Had a flat at 4pm and Ubered over from the bike trail, and they had the bike fixed up plus tuned up by 4:30! Awesome.

Great shop! Easy to get on and off the rail trail! Great prices on bikes and trailers. The trailer we rented was in great condition. Friendly staff and free parking during our ride.
