A hidden gem? We just found this place for walks. Great views all along the Bass River. Great place for dog walking.

One of my all time favorite trails on the cape, just off the bike path in Yarmouth along the beautiful bass River!

About 1.8 miles from parking lot around loop and back. Mostly flat with a few inclines. Lots of birds and small crabs. Entrance is near south end of old South Dennis cemetery. Follow road to houses and bear left to follow tidal river shore and marshes. Saw 3 lady slippers on trail.
