My husband and I decided to finally visit Cape Cod for our wedding anniversary. We were so impressed with this amazing little hotel. The owners are very personable and were super attentive to our every need. The rooms were incredibly clean and quite cozy. The property is beautiful. But my favorite experience is the family of goats you can visit. Only wish we came during the summer months because the pool looked very inviting. What an great stay we had!

This place was adorable! Our continental complimentary breakfast was put in checkered picnic baskets to enjoy on the patio or back at your room! Room and pool area was immaculate and grounds are kept

The property was beautiful. We had a room with a kitchen with the amenities and loved the freedom it gave us during our stay to cook if we wanted to. In the morning their continental breakfasts were super delicious (muffins and yogurt parfaits were my favorite) and the picnic baskets were a sweet touch. Although we opted to eat on the patio when the weather allowed. I loved that the bathrooms had pinkish beige towels and crocheted floor mats. It added to the home away from home feel. I appreciated their attention to living green!! They provided a fan if the weather allowed the AC to be turned off (our room had incredible cross breezes). Compostable flatware with breakfast and recycling available. We enjoyed the games around the fire pit, nightly. And loved visiting with the goats!!Everyone we interacted with on the property was so kind! We loved our stay and only wish the weather was better while we were here.

We have stayed at Sesuit Harbor House several times and this time was as great as always! Phil and Silvia are perfect hosts. Their attention to detail really shows—from the well appointed room, to the beautiful grounds and the prompt service! We will be back again next year.

For a motel they hit all the marks. I was readily expecting something to be amiss, but honestly it was better than I expected. In fact, a lot of nice unexpected little touches, clean, and peaceful. We needed a place to stay so we could attend an event, and this was perfect.

My wife and I stayed here for one night in September. The room was perfect for us, but what really earned the 5 stars was the exceptional customer service Phil provided when I needed help with a reservation booking issue. First class. Thank you. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is exactly like the pictures show. The rooms were clean. The grounds were beautifull and well kept. It was a great place to stay, convenient to everything we wanted to do while on the Cape.

We decided to book a last minute trip to the cape and found the Sesuit Harbor House. It looked like a nice place, we liked the website and the location looked great but it far exceeded our expectations! From the beginning the communication was great! We received a text on the day of our trip letting us know our room was ready and how to proceed with contactless checkin. The landscaping is gorgeous and quaint and the amenities were perfect and fun! Our room was just what we needed, two beds and a pullout couch, perfectly clean and the beds were SO comfortable. We were visiting with our two children and upon arrival, met Phil, the owner, who took us to meet his goats. The goats were beautiful and happy and the kids loved them! Every day we checked on our goat friends! Phil even gave my kids half a loaf of bread to feed the goats! There is a beautiful pool with floats and towels, a huge gorgeous fire pit with lots of Adirondack chairs, a bean bag toss game and gorgeous grounds with lots of places to sit and relax. You can borrow a bike for the bike trail or even chairs for the beach. The location is perfect for beaches, restaurants and shopping! They offer the sweetest breakfast - cereal, yogurt parfait, pastries/baked goods, coffee, tea, water, juice, all in a sweet picnic basket. It’s details and little touches like this that make this place so special. All of the other people we met during our stay were so kind! We had great conversations and met wonderful people. I have to believe it’s because of the vibe Phil has created! Everyone felt like friends.I think what really makes the Sesuit Harbor House so special is Phil. He spent so much time talking with us and getting to know us it truly felt like we were staying with family. Anything we needed he was more than happy to provide. Every morning we chatted with Phil and again every evening. He grew up on the Cape and is a wealth of knowledge about things to do but truly is just a lovely person. When it was time to go we really didn’t want to leave and Phil came out to send us off. I got a little teary-eyed which made me realize what a truly great time we had thanks to Phil.We really felt at home at the Sesuit Harbor House and hope that you do too! You must stay here - we can’t wait to go back!Andrea, Scott, Scarlett and Brooks

Excellent location, friendly staff, extremely clean, and awesome place to stay on Cape Cod! The grounds are immaculate, the pool was a perfect spot to cool down any time of day and the resident goats are a pleasant surprise to visit! I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again in the future. Thank you so much for the awesome weekend

We have stayed at the Sesuit Harbor House twice: we love the well-appointed rooms, the lovingly cared for grounds and the fresh breakfast offerings. The location along the north shore of the Cape was perfect for our trip, with lots of great dining options close by.

We have stayed here many times. This Inn is a great oasis on 6A. Family oriented, with pool, grill area and firepit. Silvia and Phil are great hosts. Coffee and scones in the morning is a nice touch.
