Paid for premium wash, totally missed the back of the car and didn’t clean the wheels like advertised. When I complained I was told it just doesn’t do those parts I guess.

My side mirror was broken from the car wash I filed a damage report and there was still no response. Left the owner a voicemail if he can reach back out to me still have gotten nothing. Cancelled my membership due to the unprofessionalism and lack of communication from this establishment. I will contact better business bureau for next steps. However, the employees are really nice.

This car wash always leaves spots on my car. It doesn't dry my car at all, so unless I get out and dry it by hand, the car looks bad even after washing. There is a roll of cloth that attempts to dry the windshield, however, sometimes it doesn't come down to the car at all, and even if it does, the cloth is so wet, it only smudges the windshield. I would just like them to work on the drying process! Please.

For $25 a month, I can wash and vac my car as often as I want. Helpful, friendly staff, too. One of the best deals around, and very convenient. New vacuums work great, (no coins needed - included in my monthly membership), and my car doesn't get scratched. You can cancel membership at any time, and don't need one to use the car wash. It's simply more cost effective for me.

I don't know where this place finds the young people that that work here, but every time I go, they are always nice and surprisingly friendly! I've been going to this car wash for about 4 years. They had a huge renovation about a year ago and it does a really good job.Service: Vacuuming

Small car was in Easton, I met two of the nicest people there, they look like they were in their 20ties. The young man explained the membership cost first month was only $5 and next month would be about $30 dollars. I asked if they wash rubber mats and he said we could do that for you. They did a great job. Vacuum was free, look out for the bees buzzing by. I gave them a tip for doing the rugs and they were so grateful. Will definitely go back.

I tried looking for a good car wash near my job and found Fresh Auto Wash. The workers are great, the wash had my car smelling and looking great, and I only had to pay $5 for my first month of washes! Definitely will be my go to when I need a wash.

Horrible customer service. Was stuck at the Pay station and no one came to assist me. After jumping back and forth from one register to the other was having the same issue and still no one assisted me. Not until I irritatingly went up to the one attendant asking if anyone is working here, to which they responded “let me get my co worker to assist you.” Said co worker was inside the office just passing the time. Extremely in professional and they will not get another dollar from me again.

The lady who runs the car wash is so efficient and professional! I love how my car looks after every wash from her! I forgot her name.. but you'll know it if you see her and get ran through the wash by her. The owner himself is very nice aswell!

It was agreat deal for a 30 day membership 5.99 you can go as many times as you want with no limitation. It was a great deal on any package. Original was 19.99 or 29.99 Or 49.99 Original price but they always have monthly dealsI always go with the monthly deals for 30 days and cancel any time on either one. So it was only 5.99 for the first month on any of them and after that you pay the full price depending on what you picked. They put a bar tag on your vehicle.
