They took it for a test run, pinpointed the noise, found the culprit and fixed it. They showed me the part that was causing the noise and walked me through it. They went above and beyond what anyone would expect in assisting me with repairing a flat in a time of extreme need, not charging me for the repair and taking the time to also give me a sticker. I deliver meals on wheels in Randolph and my car was filled to the brim with lunches. What a spot but they came to my rescue!! I actually came back for the sticker after completing my routes.. “Definitely recommend coming here for auto shop repair and fixes. The people at the front were extremely kind and honest about everything that needed to be done. I had come in from getting a high estimate from a Honda dealership (which was ridiculous for brake caliber and parking brake cable replacements), and they did it for very cheap which was a excellent for everything that needed to be done. They were very clear about how long it would take and tried to get me in and out as fast as possible. Would definitely recommend coming here!”
