“I brought my car here to have an aluminum rim straightened and trued. The pricing was reasonable, the drop off was straight forward, and they had it completed ahead of schedule. Everyone that I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and on task. I highly recommend these folks.”
“These guys are absolutely amazing! Ive brought our car here twice since switching mechanics. First time for a tuneup, and second time to find what was causing a noise coming from the back. They took it for a test run, pinpointed the noise, found the culprit and fixed it. They showed me the part that was causing the noise and walked me through it. They’re thorough, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I highly, highly recommend!”
“I and two of my family members get inspections and work done here. I can't recommend this place enough. They are fairly priced, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They try to save the customer money wherever possible. For example, I had to replace my two rear tires - they checked my current brand against others on Consumer Reports, and suggested I go with a slightly cheaper pair from a different brand whose tires were very similar and have better reviews. They even showed me the report so I knew they were of equal quality. Additionally, I got into an accident and my left side mirror came off. Another location told me they would have to replace it and there was no way to reattach it. Here, they offered to look at it to see what they could do. Their technician was able to safely and securely reattach it - I can't use the car wash because it could come off due to the cleaning machinery - but that's fine. My mirror is functional and I didn't have to buy a new one. I always leave a happy customer. If you need car assistance this is the place to go!”

“My battery died in a parking lot. Got a jump and fortunately I was in Mansfield. Unfortunately it was almost 5:00. I called my guys at NE Tire and auto where I have been a customer for years and they told me to bring it right away and replaced it in less than 30 minutes”

“My SUV’s rim got bent thanks to the brutal potholes around the city, so I stopped by to get an estimate. The team gave me a quote right away, and the price was very reasonable. They had the rim repaired within 24 hours. Alex and the whole crew were fantastic—highly recommend them for any rim repair!”
