“Very, very impressed. Our funeral home recommended this florist for our funeral service. We had the flowers delivered the day before the service to the funeral home. I ordered red roses and white lilies and there were small white daisies. Everyone loved them. It is day three and the flowers are still beautiful which I find is not typical for roses to last. “Lots of nice gift items but I feel they're a bit overpriced. I was there mainly to get a tree. 5.5' tall with nice, stiff branches for $94. Still, I'd rather spend my money on a local business instead of a big box store. They said they trimmed the bottom of the tree before putting it into my car but I don't think they did.”

“This rating is for the staff that work at Lowes in Worcester, MA. The Lowes company need improvement when it comes to how they want managers to handle their third party deliveries. That said, the staff that works at the Worcester store are terrific. After we had been bumped from the appointed delivery day, Jeremiah not only came through with a solid delivery time (that required talking directly to the person making the delivery) but also substituted a better quality product for us when he noticed that one item was no longer in stock. Jeremiah also called me three hours after the delivery was supposed to be made just to make sure the job was completed and done well. Bravo, Jeremiah. Berenice, a clerk at the Pro Shop entrance, was extremely helpful directing me to were to go and who to speak with. She also noticed I was quite stressed, turned to me and asked, "Do you need a hug?" Her hug made me smile and helped turn my day around. Thank you Berenice!”

“I’m not sure why everybody has so many issues with these guys. I went and visited their location stopped in and walked around the yard to see what materials I’d need and what the best mulch was for my use. I submitted an online order form for 3 yards of Hemlock and Mike gave me a call first thing the following morning. The order was delivered about three hours later right Where I needed it. I Found out quickly I needed another 4 yards and I gave him a call back and it was delivered all in the same day.”
