The staff and managers are friendly and helpful, always will to answer a question. The same goes for the pharmacy team. It is clean and well lit, with a good selection of products. I mention, well lit, because the other local Big Y's are not and feel creepy.

Kimberly at customer service at the South Hadley location is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Give her a raise because she deserves it. What a tremendous asset to your entire organization. She helped me use tap to pay for the first time and was so patient and wonderful. No more Stop and Shop for me I'm Team Big Y from here on out!!
