Bought a mop here, got home and opened it up only to find it was already broken inside.
Seems like someone returned it and they just put it back on the shelf for full price.

Terrible customer service. I had to hunt for an employee to cash me out. I found a girl that was down an aisle. Asked if she could cash me out. When I turned to go back to the register my granddaughter told me the girl rolled her eyes and made gestures behind my back. Very mature. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Plenty of other businesses in town hire employees that appreciate the fact that they have a job and treat others with respect.
Step it up Dollar General or you’ll be closing that store!

I stopped here on Saturday and their sign says “SATURDAY DEALS ASK” The 2 managers Jay and Carmen told me about the deals and coupons. They helped me set it up and my total at the register was about $39 and I spent $16.32. These guys have a very nice stocked and clean store. Their customer service and patience with me was excellent. I will be stopping here every Saturday to get these deals. Thank you Dollar General! BIG SAVINGS GREAT STAFF, WILL BE COMING BACK! ?

I will ONLY go to this Dollar General in South Hadley on Newton Street. It's always clean, well stocked and the most important of all is the EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY NICE AND FRIENDLY! I live in Chicopee and there are a few here, but...dirty, always empty shelves, carts and boxes all over the aisles with stock that needs to be put away and extremely rude! They are very prejudice and seem to cater to the Hispanic customers. I went in and asked when the truck came in and they didn't respond, I knew they heard me. My Hispanic friend came and stood by me and I asked again. They responded last week I said so the boxes have been in the aisles for a week. She said yes so what we will get to them when we get to them.Anyway, long story short this is by far the best Dollar General ever! Please ? ? visit this one and I promise that you won't be disappointed! I wish that there was more than 5 stars ? because I would give them 100 out of 100.

Store is constantly closed when it’s supposed to be open. I see people standing outside waiting to get in all the time. There’s no signs saying they are closed or when they will be back open. I’ve tried to call for days to figure out if they are open before I waste my gas driving over. The male manager is nice but the rest of the employees are NOT. Yesterday the group of woman standing outside called the cops because they had been waiting so long they wanted to make sure everything was okay in there but I knew there was nobody in there like the many other times this has happened. The selection they have is better than the other dollar generals around so I prefer to go here but this is getting out of control. They should Atleast have a sign saying they will be closed. If it wasn’t for the manager, I’d give it 1 star.

Hit on price big miss with product..wayyyy too many products with bloated packages and dents pretty much guaranteeing bacterial growth someone can easily sue if they get sick and really...should find another way to transport your stuff instead of grocery carts making it more difficult for customers
