You learn to get to know them and they stay there. That’s something to say about the management these people stay they’re nice. “Over the years I have been shopping at the Dollar Tree. I like to shop at different locations and in my opinion the Dollar Tree on Granby Road in Chicopee is the best. The staff all around are excellent, they are so helpful and very nice. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Every time I go in there she is on the floor stocking, cleaning etc. you can tell she takes pride in her work. The store is so so clean and always fully stocked it really is a beautiful store it is impressive., I will never go to another Dollar Tree. “I stopped in here with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by all they have to offer at very good prices..... I believe most items are $1.25 with some items higher. Good for quick visits and much better than the usual convenience store with much better prices. Plenty of parking and lots of items to choose from including food, bath products, kitchen products, paper goods etc, etc.”

“Well we did manage to get 40 items at $95 dollars or so between food and household items so that wasn't horrid pricing wise. Quality could be better for what you're paying for but this isn't like Dollar General. It's just a step down, for economical benefits (comparitive pricing)”
“I had been having a really bad day yesterday and I woke up today saying that it was gonna be a better day. Shall I mostly dawn down to the Family Dollar over here and me not having much money, II had to get my little kitten that I just got a couple days ago a litter box. Some food and I want to get a matoid. Well, I wasn't dollars, something short and the manager. I believe he was a manager just now. It happened. The kindness out of his heart, I told him i'd be back for the food because they didn't have a quick enough and you turned around and told me to go ahead and have a very good day, and just that alone made me feel like today was gonna be the best day ever cause someone actually. Was good to me. I've been having it so rough this past few days and everything's been going wrong and for me not to be a honey, even get my cat. A litter box and food cause I'm kind of hurting for money. I had fourteen dollars and this Gentlemen, kindly went ahead and made sure that I didn't go without capital. So he just really made my day, I just wanted to give AAA rating which was totally all 5 stars, and a review cause that man was very sweet and I believe I'm gonna have a better day today. Thank you family dollar for hiring such great employees”

“Good place to get things for cheap, and very good selection! You'de be surprised how much of your everyday use things you can get here! A lot of the same name brand stuff you get other places for a lot more money! I say why spend more money for the same thing than you need too! Place is usually kept pretty clean and organized and the staff does a great job doing what they can to keep it that way.”

“I must prefice this by saying: it's my favorite store. So my review may be a tad skewed by my own bias. It's a great little one stop shop. Pricing is average but, you'll find a great sale from time to time. The staff is pleasant, mostly helpful. There's not much else to say. If you're in Easthampton, it's like old faithful. Highly recommend.”
“This store has been closed for at least 6 to 8 weeks because of no AC and I guess they also closed in the winter for the same problem with the heat. We really need a dollar store open in this area so I hope they're not going to be closed for Good. Seems like they need to update the heating and air conditioning system so I don't know if they own the building or if they pay rent on it but they're losing a lot of money by being closed for so long which is a shame for both them and the customers who rely on them.”

“The parking lot is always filled with trash unfortunately thats the first thing you see. The store is well stocked. There was a period where all the price tags for items were incorrect, hopefully this issue has been fixed. I will say the cashiers are all very nice and pleasant! I have not had a bad experience here!”

“I stopped here on Saturday and their sign says “SATURDAY DEALS ASK” The 2 managers Jay and Carmen told me about the deals and coupons. They helped me set it up and my total at the register was about $39 and I spent $16.32. These guys have a very nice stocked and clean store. Their customer service and patience with me was excellent. I will be stopping here every Saturday to get these deals. Thank you Dollar General! BIG SAVINGS GREAT STAFF, WILL BE COMING BACK! ?”
