Brad and his team exceeded our expectations. They meticulously prepared the house prior to staining it which contributed to excellent results. Brad communicated very well throughout the course of the project and the job was completed in a very timely manner.

I cannot recommend Brad Forbes and team highly enough. They are true masters of their craft. PLUS, his prices were very reasonable, he was a clear, responsive, and transparent communicator, and his crew was very respectful of our space, keeping everything tidy and clean.
Forbes and son did a marvelous job restoring and painting all the hallways and ceilings in our 140 year old home. Anyone can slap a coat of paint on the wall but the Forbes folks did extensive prep work to protect our floors, repair cracks and smooth down rough areas in these old plaster walls. The results were stunning and they were so pleasant to work with. They told us the job would be done in 10 days and they finished in 6! They didn't invent things to upcharge us on from the original estimate too, which I also appreciate.
This is a fantastic business. Thank you for helping beautify our beloved old house!

I had some very funky porches on my house (lots of lattice ect.). Brad and his crew did a fantastic job on every aspect of this-caulking, little rotted wood to take care of ect. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with and I am so excited about how this new paint job just makes my whole house sparkle. I reached out to Forbes &Sons . I received a timely response from Brad. He was pleasant on the phone. We set up an appointment . He did not show up and did not call. I called and text him thinking he forgot or something important came up. I can totally understand that things happen. I did not hear back at all. It does not take much effort to let prospective customers know you can't make an appointment or are not interested in the job. I hope everything is okay, but on the other hand be considerate.

Brad was wonderful to work with. He was extremely accommodating and came up with a quote that we thought was very fair. We needed a painter for interior painting of an entire detached single family condo at a time when paint companies are typically taking on exterior paint jobs.
