“I live in Palmer and I still find myself going to this laundromat, customer service is amazing. the temperature inside is always controlled. it's not too hot, not too cold, it has a lot of seating so when I do have to do paperwork during my washing and drying it's very easy. I probably drive by 10 laundromats to get there but I always end up here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“They have been reliable for the last 10 years. Also friendly and attentive. Turnaround time is good. They always know who I am, even when employees turn over, which has been nice. Clothes are returned in very good condition, just how I want them. To me, cleaners are not the kind of thing to rave about if they're great. Only to complain about if they're not. So let me say this business has been solid friendly and reliable for a decade.”

“I've used Laundromax (Springfield Plaza) twice during my stay in Springfield, Mass. and it was great both times. The first time, the attendant Tabari was a big help and the second time, attendant Mike was! I appreciated how clean and dry my clothes were and was especially grateful for free drying! It was my first time to use the Clean Card instead of coin and I couldn't believe how easy and efficient it was. No more having coins fall, jam, or return! Laundromax was great for my laundering needs and I'm glad I found this place.”

Great spot and many things around like grocery store, they also cook inside the grocery store, you got a pizza spot, family dollar, and across the street you have liquor store, barber shop, hair salon, nail salon right up the street and last but not least, the Laundromat.”

“We had my daughter's prom dress altered. It was taken in and helped. The woman who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. My daughter wanted to keep the part that was cut off from the hem to make a hair bow. The lady commented jewelry to match might be hard to find and suggested a choker possibly with a piece of an old earring from a grandmother or such. My daughter was so in love with this idea and we did just that. We found the price very agreeable and it was done in a good time. Just a week. Also got a coat rezippered here as well. It's out go to place for these things.”

“This place is nice. Plenty of parking. The washers accept coins or cards. For some reason, my card kept declining with money definitely in my account. The lady who oversees the place helped me, but still the same outcome. She directed me to the bar next door for an ATM. My clothes are washing nicely AND THE DRYERS ARE FREE!
If my home washers gives out again, I will be back. I WILL come back soon to wash my comforters though.

“Place was a mess when I got here. But can not blame it on the ladies watching the place as the customer's for the most part seem like they could care less about it. Anyway the staff were very kind and I hope the customer's will start picking up after themselves.”
