Manager Giovanni and his team made sure to take care of me and even stayed longer to make sure my service was done correctly. Thank you !”

I always get a fair price and they are up front and describe issues to me in a way I can understand before doing any work. They are honest, efficient, reasonably priced and communicative. I'm so grateful to have a trustworthy car repair shop within walking distance of our house!”

“The people working at Auto Express were able to get my rear brakes and rotors done on the same day that I took it in. They don't take appointments, but they're pretty good about estimating how long it's going to take. (They told me it'd be done around 3-4, and I picked it up at 3:45.) They were also $100 cheaper than the estimate that another place gave me! They were honest, knowledgeable, and kind. I'd definitely go there again.”
“Prices are very competitive and wait times aren’t bad at all. There’s a restroom and a large waiting area. It’s a plus that they’re able to do alignments in-house and you don’t have to wait all day for one or even make an appointment!”

“My wife brought the car (White Ford Fusion 2012) to the Jiffy Lube in South Hadley. First of all, that place has some of the best employees. They saved me back in MAY when 2 of my tires had flats and we hobbled into the parking area at the mall there. (see the photos attached) The guy (his name I am forgetting) helped me out and saved the day. My wife was concerned about the OIL CHANGE light on and she brought it in and boom. Done. Now, I understand their issue to to upsell us at every turn. But we just control ourselves and get what we came for. Sometimes it's tough though. I think that if I bring the car into the DEALERSHIP to get it fixed on Monday, then to Jiffy Lube on Tuesday, they'd still find issues. Is that true?”
