“I needed air for my bicycle tires and was looking for a pump. The mechanic took the time to ensure the tires were properly filled to gauge 73, set the tension on the brakes. When I asked the cost, the mechanic simply stated "Ain't no charge, you good.", shook my hand and went back to work.It's impossible to find fault in his actions.It's impossible to bring my business to another shop.It's impossible not to tell my friends and associates the professionalism of these mechanics at this shop.RESPECT AND HONOR.”

They are honest, efficient, reasonably priced and communicative. I'm so grateful to have a trustworthy car repair shop within walking distance of our house!”

“As with any quick lube place, I recommend parking and waiting just before they open. I was there for no longer than 45 mins to get an oil change and state inspection. Coffee and chairs are available in waiting room. Staff friendly and prices are fair. Walking distance from Northampton proper and there is also a bowling alley with small arcade down the block. I can easily recommend this quick lube and will be using them regularly!”

“Bought snow tires new from tire rack and planned on having town fair tire install them originally. They called me the day before my appointment and said they are not doing it because I didnt buy them there. So I said screw them and called Tire Warehouse who then got me in the next day and got everything installed perfectly in 1 hour flat! I will never go to Town Fair again they lost my business and Tire Warehouse gained it! Thank you!- John Barrows”
“Took my wife’s car in to this location. I got met with a very friendly greeting. The workers were professional and met every need. They answered all my questions. Angel O and Noah were great. I normally go to the Valvoline in Chicopee down the street from my house, but ever since they broke something and won’t fix it or admit they did it. I will go to Jiffy Lube on Boston Road from now on.”

“These guys are definitely a first-come first-serve kind of place, at least that's what I've noticed. They do get your vehicle in and inspected or the turnaround for an oil change is decently quick, although any automotive work performed is usually a couple hours. The chairs are comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet.”

At first, the salesman told me that the car had a 360 camera and was fully functional when I went home to see the car again, it was not like they said I was really disappointed. car sale this place. When receiving the car, the instructor uses the car function quickly and then goes without conscientiousness in general this place is not trusted”
