Excellent install and customer service. Matt went the extra mile to insure the remote on the stove was operating correctly with a house call a month after installing the unit. We love our new gas insert and the ambiance and warmth it provides.

Visited a couple of times while looking for a new gas fireplace for the house. Lovely and large selection of all types and styles, and very knowledgable staff who answered all my questions. They also have a lot of garden and patio items, I'll check those out next spring!

Purchased 2 stoves, first one 20 years ago for the living room, 2nd is around 17 years and used in the kitchen. Both were installed by them and have had no trouble with either one. Carry a good line of parts and if they do not have the part theywill drop ship to your home if needed.
