After running into her at several open houses, I asked if she'd consider working with us to sell our current home and buy a new one. What a good decision we made! From the first open house we went to with Kylene as our agent, we were in good hands (I may even say "the best" hands). While being real-estate savvy, knowledgeable, and well-connected, Kylene also brings heart into her work. She clearly cared about my family and me; she particularly adored my little one. She went up to bat several times throughout our home-buying process, helping us with unexpected last-minute closing issues, guiding us when faced with unknowns during an inspection, going above and beyond to get critical information from our town, and staging/showing our home with care. “Not enough great things to say about these people! Chris, the property manager, takes extreme pride in providing a fantastic living experience, she’s super easy to talk to and truly wants the best for you unlike many other leasing companies who just try to run up the bill. I wish I knew about these guys earlier as I would have lived here last year as well. Only thing: if you’re planning on heading into the office, make sure they know you’re coming. Since it’s a smaller office sometimes they’re not always there on the exact specified hours, but you’ll only really need to worry about that when dropping off your security deposit and such.”
