Have stayed at Southfleet for many years, celebrating July 1st anniversary. Always enjoy the pools and location near Marconi and. restaurants. Staff is very welcoming.

I have stayed there twice now for Carnival in Ptown. It is a great spot. It's clean and there is both an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub. You can bring food to grill and there is a fire pit area. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay that is outside of Provincetown.

Great location good access to beaches,bike trail,restaurants and Cape activities Rooms were clean ,could use a little updating Parking can be a challenge
