“We recently dealt with a frustrating situation where our car had bad gas in the fuel tank. The Mercedes dealer charged $1,000 just to run tests (thankfully we didn’t end up paying since we’d just purchased the car from them). After that, it was nearly impossible to get any follow-up — no returned calls and repeated delays in getting the report they promised.
To make matters worse, the dealership quoted $6,800 for the repair — which seemed outrageous.
We finally had the car towed to Godfrey Auto Care, and what a difference! Within a day, they retested everything, emptied the bad gas, added fresh fuel, and checked several other systems to make sure the car was running properly.
They completed the entire repair for $605 (including tax), and the car now runs beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, efficiency, and honesty. Highly recommend Godfrey Auto Care!”

Great customer service, they got me in quicker than quoted and out sooner than quoted. They also detailed my car inside and out and got rid of a couple marks on my car for me with out charge. I did go through an insurance company because someone hit my car and they took care of everything I needed and more. They made it a smooth transition in and out. “As I was backing into my garage I accidentally side swiped my neighbors parked trucked with my new car (he parks like an idiot, but that’s beside the point). I scratched the paint on the side of my car behind the back door on the drivers side and also ripped off the plastic wheel fender (if that’s what it’s called). Cohasset Collision made it look brand new again within just a few days. They replaced the fender and sanded down/repainted the damaged panel. You would never be able to tell there was ever any damage. They do amazing work. The front desk staff and owners are great as well. I am a terrible driver so I will definitely be going back for my next little mishap. Highly recommended all around, 10/10.”

I spoke to Sean, he made a call and had rental company bring an older car with a conventional key. He did not have to do that but went out of his way for a customer.
