They really go above and beyond and put the customer first. Every time I call with questions they answer them and aren’t rushing to get me off the phone like other places I’ve dealt with. I am so happy to have found them and will never go back to the big chain pharmacies. I have recently moved out of Quincy but will still travel to pick up my prescriptions here because no other place compares, my only complaint is I didn’t switch to them sooner!”
“I have had the pleasure of working with Ann over the last few years! Although it’s not an easy experience losing your breasts Ann made it much better! My initial encounter was for breast forms. I had no clue lol! Ann walked me through the process with open arms! My second encounter was for custom prosthetics. Ann is so professional and thorough! “Great personalized service. Always has my medications in stock. Best of all they offer free delivery. The only hang up I can see that prevents 5 stars is that they don't accept RX discount coupons for people having to pay cash for medications.”

“Needed a couple of things for camping and found items easily. The store seemed a little cluttered, but it was a smaller store trying to offer every amenity usually requested by patrons. The store was having payment issues with the self checkout, but staff was very courteous and helpful to the patron requiring assistance. We were able to get in and out in a very short amount of time.”
“Don’t even know where to begin! Ever since I left Walgreens pharmacy this has been the best of the best! The pharmacist is the most nicest, caring, helpful, and very informative. She always goes above and beyond for my family and I. I can always count on her to refill my medication on time and her husband is awesome as well! “I had to get a photo enlarged to 16x20 in a very short period of time to bring to a memorial service. One large office supply store said it would be two to three hours, one local print shop was closed for vacation. I went to Walgreens in a panic - not only did they walk me through the kiosk experience, they had the photo ready for me in about 15 minutes. I cannot thank them enough for being so helpful in a very emotional and sad time for me.”

“Today April 13 around 120pm I went to cvs to find this drinks for colonoscopy exam, so I need 3 bottles I did not know where they were or how they look like, so anyway I went to the counter there was a black young female I asked her for help, she was very very nice I should asked for her name she waked me to the spot where the bottle was and very happy and concerned to help me find what I was looking for, she was very friendly and lovely and polite person witch is very hard to ran into I would like to thank her again for her help and said thank you.”

I have seen so many people be rude and have no patients for the pharmacy workers that are over worked. I am thankful for them and some people should stop for a second and put themselves into their shoes. They are human. I can’t believe how I have seen some people treat them.”

“Ghada/Rada is such a wonderful person! I’ve spoken with other CVS pharmacys in the past and always get anxiety from it because I feel rushed off the phone or they are just very rude. Ghada found a prescription for me that was in stock and made it possible to pick up ASAP! She was so kind when I picked it up in person that I insisted to get her name so that she gets the recognition she deserves!! She made my day not only because she found a medication that was out of stock at my normal cvs but also because she was the exact opposite of cvs emollients I’ve encountered in the past. Thank you Ghada for being as sweet as you are! CVS, please don’t let employees like this go unrecognized!”

“Meat department needs improvement. But the vegetable produce is really nice. Fresh, variety ....The cheeses and bakery 4 star. Bakery could use some help. Quality isn't Maybe some good lighting to really showcase the treats. Shelves are stocked nice. Just put in glass shelving refrigeration as well. I love the staff. Customer service always helpful, every single time I've been there. Excellent health organic options. Add all that with the gas station and you have a very good shopping experience”
“Went there tonight 9-23 to pick up insulin for a dog. Both pharmacist and tech knew their product were extremely professional and extremely helpful. I have been very dismayed with CVS Southern Artery that was going to charge almost 5 times what Walmart charged me for the same product. Walmart just got my business. Walmart corporate. If you’re watching these two women deserve recognition. Well done. Thank you for your help.”

“My family and I have been picking up our medication here for ages and I gotta say a lot of the customers here have a negative IQ. I have observed many instances of stupidity. My favorite ones being not knowing the name of a medication THAT KEEPS THEM ALIVE and misplacing a bottle of mediation at home and proceeding to blame the pharmacy. Sure the pharmacy can be slow at times, but its people like this that cause the issue. Minus one star for making me have to watch these people who make me want to face palm myself with a board of nails.”

“This is a pretty big CVS location and I enjoy shopping here. The shelves are always well stocked with products neatly arranged. I have never had any problems finding what I was shopping for. The coupon machines are always in good working order. All of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent store layout and product variety. Easy and fast checkout process. Decent sized parking lot.”
