“The staff are kind and compassionate. We had a true emergency, I called when I was en route. The front desk immediately took action and hurried my sweet Crookshanks to the back. We were placed in a private waiting room. Shortly thereafter a veterinarian came to see us with the assessment outcome. Despite this not being what we wanted to hear the doctor was kind and explained options. Unfortunately it came with a price tag that was not reachable. We agreed anyway and took out Care Credit to try to save him. He stayed 36 hours and we had to euthanize anyway. They brought him to us and let us cry and say goodbye for quite a while. Once he was gone we left through a private exit to avoid the large waiting room. All emergency care is expensive but at least this VCA is first class all the way. See you at the rainbow bridge my sweet baby.”

“I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care my pet received at Randolph Animal Hospital. Their level of patience, knowledge, professionalism, and genuine love for animals made my pet’s imaging appointment the most stress‑free experience he’s had in his five years of life. The difference in care compared to our experiences with Petco Vet Hospitals was immediate and significant. It’s clear that the team at Randolph Animal Hospital not only excels clinically but also takes the time to make pets feel safe and cared for. Prince Zuko has not only found an amazing veterinary team, but I’m pretty sure he’s also made some new friends he’ll be excited to see again. Highly recommend!”

“So I take care of 3 Great Danes for my boss. I was taking them to daycare and they had a busy day helping get the dogs out of the cats, so I had to wait a few and I was waiting outside the vehicle with the AC on and windows down. But with all the action going on outside with the dogs being brought in the great Dan decided to pop their heads and go crazy out the window windows so I rolled them up with the ac on. My guy Bentley the oldest locked all the doors with all three of them inside. Omg !😱 the staff was amazing as they always are! Very attentive and problem-solving thank goodness, cause I didn’t know what to do.they helped me get Yeahthem all out safe and sound. Thank you everyone You guys are amazing 😻”

“My dog, Bella, who is a Pitbull mix, just had surgery to remove a skin cancer bump that has been on her for 3+ years. I came from Florida and has this bump looked at by service vets and all of them just stated that if it did not get bigger, don’t worry about it. Since these people are professionals in their field I listened and it honestly never got bigger. When I moved up to Massachusetts with my girlfriend, I got my dog established with VCA Hanson location and got associated with Dr. Ocsar. What. A. Blessing. She’s such a a knowledgeable, wonderful human being and listened to my concerns with it and she provided her experience on this. We ran a test on it while we were there for just a normal check up and found out the bad news. Skin cancer. We scheduled something a month later to get it removed. Bella’s doing fantastic and will get her stitches out and know the results soon. All the ladies that work there are awesome. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling or getting any information about my animals. I will forever recommend this vet and Dr. Oscar. Thank you guys so much!!”

“We moved to Hingham in 1992 and the Hingham Animal Clinic was recommended to us by neighbors for our yellow lab, Cody. We had an early case of Lyme Disease with him and Dr Waters provided great, caring services for his long life. Then we had a black lab, Indigo, who also received great care from HAC. Now, most of the Drs have changed, but we did see Dr Waters recently with our 3rd lab, but first female, Sasha. Today, Sasha had a toe removed due to some skin cancer. We just learned that black dogs have a penchant for developing skin cancer due to their pigment color - who knew?! Once again, great care for Sasha, lots of patience and explanations for us, and, hopefully, we're on our way to better health! Thanks for your services Hingham Animal Clinic.”

“Best place to bring a English bulldog....the Dr specializes in them and is also the president of the account bull dog program...something like that...she knows everything about them and I would only trust her with my new bull dog puppy. When we go in on a Wed, thur or Friday the waiting room is filled with bull dogs of all ages....so I'm assuming everyone knows of her knowledge with the bull dog breed! I would not go anywhere else and it takes u almost an hour just one way to get to her to it's well worth it!”

“My dog, phoebe, a hundred pound black lab, had a health crisis requiring surgery. What I found was that most vets shy away from large adult dogs, and those that do often charge thousands more. The doctor found out unknown issues, had a biopsy done, and happily found no malignancy. I can’t say enough about how grateful I equally am to the veterinarian technician who stayed by her side through recovery until we could take her home. So not only did they agree to do the surgery, they offered more care, adapted as her care progressed and did the entire thing for 900 dollars less. As a result, Phoebe has dramatically changed personality because she’s out of pain, and last month my doctor declared her a medically necessitated support animal. The entire staff not saved Phoebe, and given her a new lease on life, by extension have given me the same. If you want good decent people taking care of your pets? These are the people.”

“Bonnie (and Erin) came to examine my 12 year old 120# Yellow Lab Cooper yesterday. I can't say enough good things about their service. Bonnie was recommended by Cooper's former Vet due to the fact it's very difficult and stressful to Coop to get him in the car for a visit to the Vet's office. The exam was very thorough and I felt as if they were caring for their own pet. They cleaned his ears, checked him from head to toe and gave me some solution to help with a growth on his back. Great service and very nice folks!”

“I highly recommend East Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital for your pets. I have four cats, and they get top-notch care at much more reasonable prices than the big chains. Dr. Bortree takes excellent care of my boys. She explains everything before and after exams and procedures. She's very patient with my many questions, and she makes sure that I understand everything. She presents all options and offers compassionate guidance and advice. You'll still have to go to an emergency vet for those kinds of things. I have not seen the other doctors, but I'm sure they are just as good. The technicians and front office staff are wonderful. They are friendly, patient, and very professional. And they laugh at my dumb jokes.”

255 Freeport St, Dorchester MA 02122
“My husband has been taking the cat here for years and he’s always been well taken care of. We just got a new puppy and have been seeing Dr. Williams. She is really wonderful, personable, takes her time, and listens. I have seen other vets in multiple states with my last dog and she is one of the best. Highly recommend!”

“My dog Nala swallowed a plum pit. They're toxic to dogs. Nala's a big girl (96 lbs) and wasn't happy about getting an injection to make her vomit it up. Roberts handled the situation with patience and professionalism. She vomited that pit up within 5 minutes of the injection. I was so relieved. I would definately recommend Roberts Animal Hospital. Very positive experience.”
