Very easy process. Go inside. Put the package on the counter. Possibly wait for the nice employee to find the scanner. They scan the package. Ask for your mobile #. You get a text confirming the drop off & allowing you to track the delivery. Very well done. Thank you! :)

The FedEx OnSite was inside of Walgreen, across from Dunkin. It wasn't anything special, but the staff in Walgreens was pleasant and helpful.
