“Going into the post office was like going into the RMV rude and unpleasant customer service. Wow how the West Yarmouth post office has changed since Deb has been working there. Now it is a pleasant experience. Always a hello, how are you...etc. The place is decorated so nicely. You can tell that Deb takes pride in her work, and has EXCELLENT customer service.”

“Very helpful. I tried to print my shipping label at work and it did not scan when I got to FedEx. The gentleman at the counter was able to help me send the original to FedEx and he was able to print labels and off my packages went!! Thank you so much!!”
“I like our post office and it's employee's. I find it highly offensive that one of these reviewers says "antiquated power of aging female employees in his (or her) review, in reference to one or several of the female workers. I did notice that this person has done several extremely negative reviews and wonder if they are a highly intolerant and obnoxious personality. Maybe they were treated poorly, I cannot say, however, I have not ever been treated poorly there and I find the employees to be quite friendly and helpful. (Even if this were not so, their age and sex has nothing to do with their effectiveness at their job!!!)”
“Vishal went above and beyond to help me transport my daughter’s computer to her. She left the Cape on Sunday and around 1pm I saw her computer. She needed for Monday morning. Vishal worked with me to come up with a solution and the computer arrived Sunday night!!!!”
“The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful - helped me make a decision that best suited my needs to get my package to my destination on time, clearly explaining different options and when they were likely to arrive. He was friendly and patient and took the time with me to be sure I was happy with my decision and knew what to do if my package did not arrive in time. Some of the best service I've ever had at a post office.”
