“It's a good store but the checkout process is strange. Can't tell where to stand and who goes next. The self checkout area is oddly placed so you can't tell who is waiting for a real cashier or to use the self checkout. Everyone in line is trying to be polite but it's hard to tell who should be let past and who is next. The workers are doing their best. Not their fault.”
“Dont usually shop here but needed a few things since AC Moore closed. The manager was very rude and ignored the kind cashier man multiple times when is the customers needed help. She ignored his call three times over the com but was only two registers away chit chatting with another coworker. When our cashier finally called her name she rolled her eyes and came over with a very poor attitude. I understand customer service is a hard job but to ignore your coworkers and the customers, that’s bad business. So I stand firm on not returning.”
“I don’t know what these reviewers are talking about that had a negative experience here. We drive an hour and a half for their great selection and wonderful customer service. The owner is a sweet guy who remembers his clients, and we’ve only ever been greeted with smiles. The prices are exactly where they should be, and they also have the Pokémon cards, magic cards, and warhammer things that we’re looking for! Go in and see for yourself how great this store is!”
