The shop is lovely and everything is well organized. They are really helpful in contacting the Maffre insurance appraisal and total loss department.
The price for service is great, and the labor is detailed and clean.

I bought my vehicle from Automax, which I will never ever buy a car again.. sad to say I’m actually happy that this happened to my vehicle or else I would never know that Automax sold me a car that’s been an accident probably more than once and tried to tell me that it was minor damage. I highly recommend everyone to come to Ivans Collision to get their car repaired the right way with a phenomenal paint job and great bodywork.. and I highly recommend for nobody to purchase a car from Automax. They will lie to you saying that the car has never been in an accident or has minor damage and they will point out something small. He did the interior, exterior with wax, brought my fogged up headlights back to life and even steam cleaned my engine making my whole car look brand new!!! I’m so glad I had the engine cleaned as well, as he found that mice were making a home under my hood. So happy it was found before they did some major damage!!! “"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”
