I not could agree more with all the negative reviews. I have experienced all of them over the many years of being their respiratory client starting back when it was New England Home Therapies before it became Biocsrip and now Option Care Health. They have hit rock bottom in their responsiveness that was borderline to begin with. They have deployed a ordering/notification system through ResMed that adds another layer to their hands off approach to that, and now you can not even get to talk to a live person at bioscrip. A simple phone call can clear a whole bunch of issues and can stream line an order. Instead you have to communicate through email and a 3rd company website that makes it impossible to resolve anything. The people have become very incompetent that you have to employ a peeling the onion approach one a time till you get to the bottom and doing so through daily email. Very very arcane. These people do not have the least bit of your interest in mind. Stay away and find another company that can serve you better, you will get nothing but frustrations and incompetency with this company. you will get nothing but frustration starting with communication, ordering, delivery and billing every step of the way. Management knows it and they don't care enough or willing to fix it evident by all the bad reviews everywhere for years now with no improvement (actually have gotten worse).

The customer representatives have no courtesy to inform you that you are being transferred or being put onhold. Long wait times that's why I am giving one ?

Horrid company to deal with and wish there were other options for enteral and respiratory supply. Their only saving grace is Stephanie in respiratory!!!! I cannot tell you how many times I can’t get my coordinator on the phone or msgs left to be returned in a timely manner. Do they even hire enough staff or offer competitive wages for skilled staff retention?!?!? No one knows. How many times have I had to reuse an enteral bag that is single use and use pediasure from the store($$$$) to feed my child because they cannot act in a consistently professional and efficient manner!? Get your act together Option Care

Most unresponsive company in the world. all numbers lead to same place and the prompts bring you to circles. Please use somebody else for ur loved one as these people will leave you hanging out to dry. I’ve called 10 days straight and can not reconnected w Ed in southboroNo matter what number they give u brings I to same place w prompts that don’t work

I have been dealing with BioScript for eleven years and find their Enteral department to be responsive , pleasant and professional. I have nothing but praise for them as they have gone above and beyond for my special needs daughter ensuring that she has her supplies as quickly as possible each month.

Please do not use this company. They are the worst. Will send you bills for things you have not ordered. Horrible customer service skills. Just stay away. Wish we knew more but unfortunately this was our only option from the hospital.

BAD BAD BAD!!! I have never written a comment on any business. But this company BioScrip is very disappointing. I can never get through when I call to order my child formula. I left multiple messages they NEVER returned my call. Every months they delayed my child order, not just a (day or two) but weeks. It's disgusting and I will cancel my contract.

This company is complete and utter trash. They never anwser the phone. They always lose the script from my daughters doctors and i have to send it 3 to 4 times. The custumer service is rude. Horriable company. Avoid them at all costs if you can.

Horrible company to deal with. My daughter is waiting every month for her feeding supplies and prescribed formula. They don't care about the people who rely on their services. These people hate their jobs and it shows every time I speak with them and it rakes multiple calls to get through. I just called 12 times in a row without getting an answer which is common. Guess what now they are closed for the holiday weekend. I am fed up with this company but they have the contract for my daughters formula. Do not use this company if you don't have to.

New England Home Therapies WERE the BEST ! I Don't know what is happening to them !!! We are now on our 3rd feeding pump in 3 months & needing a 4th. Machines either lose daily totals or bring back old settings & totals after setting it up for the new day so has to be all reset. The one we have now is either not flushing every hour or at least not calibrating every flush ??? & not keeping settings, either. One pump would not stay upright on the pole & was replaced for that reason. Seriously ??!! I going to let the parents deal with NET. I am tired of calling them. It does feel like some job hating is going on & maybe there is a reason. Faulty equipment needs to be fixed or replaced. The company needs to shape up ! Alex is wonderful, though.

Bad costume communication skills! When it comes down to the prescription expiring not doing their end of the job communicating between patient and doctor or following up with orders! My son will go a “couple weeks†without his medical formula to wait for authorization now!ðŸ˜

Worst company I ever had to deal with myself feels like every two months my daughter has to wait on her entral supplies because her scripts are expiring but they don't call to let us or the dr know about it until we call to re-order her supplies it's like they don't care about anyone and don't know there a** from there elbows can't stand them....

Worst healthcare-related company I've ever done business with. Poor customer service. Slow to compute, slow to respond... It's like they don't even want our business. Meanwhile my child goes without the prescriptions and enteral feeding supplies he needs. Won't somebody please start a reliable and reputable medical supplies and enteral pharmacy that delivers around here?
