Mike took great care of us when buying a vehicle. I really appreciated how there were no pushy tactics and he was transparent with the whole process. Even went above and beyond helping with registration. Happy with the price and service we got. Would absolutely recommend them.

I was stranded 45 minutes from my home and they were able to not only fix my issue in 2 days but provided so much good information on what happened and why. Very fair pricing and open and honest. If I didn't live so far away this place would be my regular mechanic

My mom and I are incredible happy with the customer service and with the used Toyota Camry we purchased last month from Central Motors. We were looking for a car for my mom, and it was important we find a safe, reliable car that fit her budget. A close family friend referred us to Mike, and we are grateful for the introduction. This was my first time buying a car (used or new) Mike was incredibly patient with all our questions and requests. He had the perfect car (and a nice colour too!) and at the right price. Prior to this we had been to two other dealers, and by far CM provided the best customer service. Would recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for a used car.

Extremely dangerous repair shop, my Toyota Tacoma was serviced to replace a lower steering shaft and wheel bearing (Front left pictured) Upon taking possesion of my vehicle, in reverse there was noise from where the wheel bearing was replaced. The repair had caused a rupture in the brake line nearly causing an accident in my drive home. **The truck was later towed back to the shop for repair, I was not refunded for the ineffective and unsafe labor hours performed or refunded for the tow. I had a full diagnostic analysis performed 2 days prior by a Toyota dealer with no required repairs elsewhere on the vehicle to include the brakes and brake lines. Lesson learned- penny wise, pound foolish

The folks at Central Motors are knowledgeable, responsible, and thorough. They fixed by brakes and installed a new prop shaft, and with the latter, given the age of my var, found a used one. Highly recommended!

I spent a fair amount of time looking for a mazda miata and came across Central Motors. The price of the vehicle was very fair considering the market price for these vehicles. The car is in impeccable condition forthe year. Mike is a great guy to work with. He corrected one concern I had about the car and made the process of purchasing very easy. He was kind enough to even have the car delivered to my home as I didn't have anyone to drop me off to pick it up. Excellent experience and would come back to Central Motors in a heart beat. Phenomenal experience. My car died on the Mass Turnpike and being towed to this shop was a pleasant experience. A friendly, open, honest shop that helped me out and were very accommodating on telling me the options of my vehicle. Would recommend getting stranded and ending up at this shop.

I now bring all of my direct and indirect family cars to this establishment. Over the years I have found them to be highly professional and honest. Profits follow after customer satisfaction and safety!!Most recently when I brought in my wife's SUV, they discovered a transmission problem and then gave me the information to have the dealership do the work under warranty. The dealership wanted to charge me!!! Central could have kept the information to themselves and charged me, like the dealership wanted to do to me. But instead the work was done for free by the dealership ONY because Central looked out for my best interest. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE 5-STARS!!!
