Dan and his team have staged multiple new construction homes of ours in the Metro-West area, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome! The staging's created by the team at Daniel H. Houde Design have helped elevate our listings, and create a story for the spaces in the home - which allows out potential customers to better visualize the functionality of the space, and imagine their lives in the home. I recently hired Daniel Houde and his team to stage a 13 yr old 5BR Colonial with 4400' of living space. The house had been freshly painted, but was empty and a little tired and didn't show well. I had seen Dan's work before on broker tours and liked his style. Once the initial consultation was complete, I knew I was in good hands. When he came back to stage it, Dan and his team showed up early morning with a large truck packed with furniture and accessories and were gone by the evening. They completely transformed this house in a single day! I couldn't have been happier with the results and it got lots of compliments from the brokers and buyers that came through, asking, "Who staged this?" Staging made such a difference in the speed and price obtained with this sale and I will definitely use Dan and his crew again. I highly recommend them. Dan is very prompt in responding to all of my emails and phone calls. He explains clearly what would work and what would not work for each home. My condo sold above asking in the city and during a pandemic thanks to the amazing job Dan did with staging the place. I'm in my late 30s but I have old lady taste and my condo was filled with antiques passed down from my family. There is no way I would have sold the condo at the price that I wanted with my furniture or even empty. Dan worked extremely fast, understood exactly what needed to be done, took extra time to figure out the optimal layout with a tricky living room and dining room set up. It was spectacular and his price was extremely reasonable. He is very professional and knows exactly what makes a place sell. Trust him with all your staging needs, you will not regret it.
