Easy, easy, easy. The staff is friendly. They load ypu quickly and you're out of the gate in less than 2 hours. If you're pulling a reefer, make sure it's set to 35 degrees continous. Also make sure your trailer is clean and you have 2 load bars or straps.

A lot room clean place nice people, slide tandem and 2 Load Lock.
