A real disappointment, some liars, some, I spent 30,000 dollars for a car with problems, and since they wanted to make me pay and I said no, they decided to tell me that the system works well, that it is like that, after I signed for the purchase They don't even greet you, unpleasant customer service, it might be because I have an accent, if I had a Rolex on my arm they would surely act differently, never again at this dealer, don't believe anything they tell you before signing the deal, and Three people told me, don't go to that dealer, and since I found the car that I liked, what's more, the manager tried to sell me a warranty for the car, and he told me if you don't buy it now, when you sign for the purchase, you can't do it. Afterwards, and then the seller told me, you can buy the warranty whenever you want, there they are, it's all about getting your money, never never again, and I'm going to sell my car, because it's not reliable, they didn't even inspect it Before putting it up for sale, they didn't even give me the carpets, a shame, I spent 30,000, and a car with problems, but I believe in karma and not even a mention of the department being serviced by liars, I took it three times, and three different excuses and they never fixed it, since the fix was free, they preferred to say, the system is like that, lucky, that's why the best is Yoyota or Honda, Cadillac??? neeeeeever again

Excellent dealership, all involved were professional and provided amazing customer service! No nonsense or upselling. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful. A welcome change from Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury which provided the opposite of all items mentioned above.

I purchased a very nice Cadillac Escalade in March 2023. My sales person was Lenny. I found him to be very professional, helpful and friendly. I live in Massachusetts so the weather was pretty cold at the time of purchase. Two months later we experienced unusual warm weather 80's - 90's, so I turned on the AC to cool down a bit. The AC was blowing warm air, so I had a professional friend check the AC to discover that they sold me a car with no refrigerant, and they declined to correct the issue. This is very disappointing. After a little research I found multiple complaints, class action cases pertaining to this issue. Very very disappointed with Long Cadillac.

This review is directly applicable to the service manager, Andrew Parker. This man has a major attitude problem. He's argumentative, rude, inflexible and unworthy of his position. On two occasions he has tried to push my buttons and cause an argument. He tries to blame me for a problem that his technician caused and denies responsibility for it as well. I have sent my concerns to the general manager, Scott Barry and I await his response. No dealership should have a service manager with Andrew's mentality. It's atrocious!EDIT: Scott Barry called me after this review was brought to his attention (30 mins). He just wanted to argue with me as well, about an unrelated repair! After he refused to believe that I couldn't have noticed this problem for six weeks (I have only driven the vehicle 4 times / less than 200 miles) he suggested I take an 80 mile round trip to their body shop (WHAT? NO!) said he'd email me the address, never did.I'm flabbergasted. What did I do to deserve such disrespect / disregard? I'm a paying customer! $1720 to replace a headlamp and I get my bumper alignment messed up in the process because it wasn't reassembled properly! Now they call me a liar and expect me to drive 80 miles to get it fixed. Screw Long Cadillac! I need them like a hole in the head!

We were so excited to have our Cadillac Escalade delivered to us and not have to drive. I spoke with Tahom and he sold me on this car and helped with all my concerns. The day I needed paper work sent to our bank. Daryl was quick to jump right in and get everything done for us including having the vehicle delivered! We are so excited and can't thank you all enough!!

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. In a time when vehicles are difficult to find, they not only found me one, they were able to deliver it a month ahead of the original date. Ron was excellent. He made the process even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Long Cadillac to everyone. They are a world class operation.
