“I have recently had a very stressful incident happen to me. The manager of the UPS store, saved my life! I was told that I had to mail a large amount of money to a Federal Attorney to represent me as my ID had been stolen and I was going to be arrested for fraud and a number of horrible crimes. I ran to the bank took out my money and went to the UPS store in Hudson to mail it to some address in California to the attorney (Otiz). Bill the manager of the UPS store questioned me casually about the package I was mailing and when he learned what it was and the situation, cautioned me that it was a Fraud. I was being scammed, but I didn't believe him and told him to mail it anyway. He argued with me, but eventually did what I wanted. I was terrified and feared I would be arrested if I didn't mail it. Unbeknown to me, however, Bill, the manager, called the police as soon as I left the store. The police came to my house while the thief was still on the phone with me ( I guess they keep you on the phone a long time). When the officer confronted the man on the other end of the line (he said he was with the Social Security Department), it was soon obvious through his stammering and lies, that he was a fraud. We hung up and I went back to the store to tell them not to mail the package and get my money back. This manager's actions were above and beyond. He is a hero for saving my family (this would have ruined us). UPS should be proud and honored to have a man like this managing their store. He is not only an outstanding, strong and wise individual, he is a model of excellence and kindness. I cannot thank him him enough for what he did. He took it upon himself to call the police and rescued us from a horrible fate. Bill is number one and a 5 star hero in my book. I would trust my life with him and UPS.”

“My father and mother left a legacy of photo albums, 16 and 8 mm film reels, VHS and Super 8 tapes. This was a life long avocation. After they passed away we were searching for the right professional to digitalize them before they self-destructed. Martin Katamba, the owner of Katfam Photo, picked up the films and albums and organized them by year, digitized them, uploaded these many films and albums to the cloud and made two back up hard drives. His Business is a family business and his children and wife worked to make this happen particularly his son, Simon.I was very pleased with the final product and recommend Katfam Photo for transferring films and photos to a digital format.David Young”

“I had three diplomas framed and matted at Gastonart & Frame (Northborough, MA) for my son and daughter-in-law for their residency graduations. (My daughter-in-law was chief resident, so two diplomas for her.) The design was beautiful and the craftsmanship was perfect. I opted for the reduced glare glass which was worth the moderate price increase. They also expedited my order (for free) to align with my schedule. The team is super friendly, creative and excellent at what they do. I would definitely recommend!”

He provided assistance in tracking the crate as the clock traversed the country. He clearly understood the sentimental value of this clock which my father made. Another benefit was the cost to package and ship the clock was less than virtually all of the other quotes I received (and those did not include packing).
