My father lived in a skilled nursing facility that used ProCare LTC, so we had no choice but to use them. As far as the medications, they seemed to arrive timely, within a day of the doctors orders. The issues I have are with their billing. It's clear that they don't care about your time or money. My dad was on hospice care, and was still being billed in full for prescription drugs that are covered through Medicare. The fact that I have to reach out to their billing department multiple times to remind them to bill appropriately is absurd! I can't help but think of individuals who don't have a loved one helping them with their bills. If my father is being billed incorrectly multiple times, others are too. A terminally ill person does not have the time, nor the energy, to fight with these people over these types of errors and would likely pay the bill without question.

Over a dozen times I lay in bed in withdrawals sick in extra pain vomiting everything sometimes a day sometimes 48 Hours or more. Terminally I'll with End-Stage-Liver-Disease now that we switched to a Synthetic it's more like once a week they miss an entire day!

Currentlya short term care patient at Leonard Floremce msg facility in Chelsea, Ma. Private totally messed up delivering my antibiotic for a leg wound infection. NAME: LINEZOID 600 MG Q 12 H. MY BUBBLE CARD was empty last night,,,yes empty,,,so I didn't receive my antibiotic last night. Today medical personnel tell me it was not delivered here yesterday.Calls to your company for a stat delivery were made by 9:00 am. It is now after 1;00 pm and no linezoid has arrived for me, the patientWhat is wrong with your company....or is it the facility that is at fault....I do believe the ball is being passed around at the expense of me, the patient in need of her antibiotic.You can be rest assured the cause of this incompetence will be found and documented with the proper authoritiesLillian Goreham37 Thurman ParkEverett.
