simply the worst company to deliver. They delivered a mega heavy item in front of the driveway, disturbing the entrance of vehicles, they refused to place it in a location that would not be in the way.

Had delivery scheduled for today. Was informed this morning the delivery would not occur. It is a swing set which family is coming tomorrow to install and a child who is going to be insanely disappointed. Manager's response was that this just didn't happen to me and there was no option for anything other than delivery next week. Very rude. I have delivery date planned for last week and she could not address why my delivery was deprioritized.

This freight location failed to deliver within the scheduled window. They were completely unresponsive to phone calls and emails. Every call was sent directly to voice mail.After 2 hours on the phone with UPS customerservice I was able to find out that the freight was loaded onto a truck but was not dispatched. There was no reason provided for this failure. Absolutely no attempt was made to notify me of this.The only solution provided from UPS was to wait for another scheduled delivery "next week"Zero stars would be too many. If this service center were a person it would be a Kennedy.

Avoid this facility. They missed a delivery appointment 3 days in a row. After calling their office this place almost seems like a scam. Still have no idea where my crate is. Giving this place 1 Star is generous.

I had a delivery coming to me. A week after the first estimated delivery date they finally said I would have my package. Well today they call me to tell me the they can not make the delivery. They gave me a 10am to 6pm window. So I have been waiting at my house for nothing. I now have to drove over an hour to get this package because clearly they are incapable of getting from point a to point B. This was for a construction job so when they missed the first date my entire project had to be put on hold as we needed that part to go farther. This has cost me a ton of money at this point and I will make sure that none of my suppliers use UPS freight ever again.

If i could put zero stars, I would. UPS Freight has just lost my business. Took Friday off because they were going to pick up our shipment; they never showed. Took half a day today, waited and waited...again, a no-show! Unbelievable! I may not be their largest customer, but I was a loyal one. Even have a regular UPS business account, which I know is separate from the Freight, and honestly, UPS Freight could learn a thing or two from them.

This division of UPS is ridiculous. Waited around all day on Friday for a package and no one showed up or even called. Called on Monday and was told to call back because the computer systems weren't working. They told me they called me 5 times and left messages which is a flat out lie.

Single most Incompetent company I have ever worked with. Will let product sit on their docks for weeks without contacting you to let you know it arrived. Then they will lie about trying to contact you, they will lie about the history of shipment, and they will rewrite the pick up numbers to cover for their incompetence, and bury their missed pickups/deliveries. Christina and Greg at the facility are more concerned about covering for their incompetence and with CYA than they are with delivering the product. This company is truly a joke and should be avoided and laughed at whenever possible. They are embarrassments to hard working people all over the US...

How is this company still in business. They are staffed by people that appear to be more concerned about going home and leaving problems for the next guy, tomorrow. Never picked up product, lied about trying to pick up product. Rescheduled three times for pickup, claimed they tried to show up during hours when we were still working but claim no one was here. This company is a blight on real trucking companies and give all other reputable companies a bad name. Please go out of business so that you do not ruin another legitimate operations day with your incompetence.

My shipment was to be made on Thursday, 10/25 but never showed up. On Friday, according to UPS Freight, the shipment was miss-routed. They said they knew where it was and will babysit the shipment for delivery on Monday, 10/29 by noon. As of 3:00, no shipment. Still waiting to hear where it is and when it will be delivered. This isn't a large box but 4 pallets.

Monro Brake and Tire in Stoughton MA gets a lot of deliveries by truck. I have yet to meet a more professional, outgoing and engaging driver as David Medina out of Southborough Ma Depot. It is no surprise that one of my customers who gets shipments from David knew him by name when he saw him at my store. Initially I was perplexed on how David was going to get my delivery off his truck but quickly realized through his cool calm and collect demeanor that all I needed to do is watch him work his magic. I look forward to the next time I have the pleasure of getting another delivery from David and UPS.
