Staff is great. Fun and light and a pleasure to work with. The manager is inept. She doesn't even know Walgreens own policies and will fight refunds tooth and nail.

Been coming here for years and was being taken care of by a new girl. After my purchase was complte, her computer screen requested a manager and she politely asked me to wait. sAnDy came along and briskly told her what the issue was and rudely asked me if I was all set, as if I were intruding on the two behind the counter.sAnDy, go easier on the new hires and stop being a condescending old manager to the customers.Be more stoic like Dorian...

Always a fight to get my medicine, and on time On hold is extremely long every time. Had to actually talk to the manager. And every time my script gets called in by this doctor. They won't fill it until I'm there or I call in which is ridiculous. I think I'm going to have to change pharmacies if this don't get fixed in a month.

This store canceled my covid booster on Friday about an hour before my appointment and now I am unable to schedule my booster there because the store does not show up as an option for online vaccine scheduling. When I called on Monday there was nothing they could do about it.

i live about 20 minutes away from this Walgreens but choose to go here because of the pharmacy. After the past four months of terrible experiences with the pharmacy, I will no longer be going here because the pharmacists at this location lie and deceive you. if I could give 0 stars I would.

Store itself I love the cashiers in the evening, they're always nice . Also always has milk and body armor . Have not used pharmacy.

Unfortunately a very unreliable pharmacy. I have had several instances where they forgot to fill my prescription but the last time I really needed 2 prescriptions right away for a reaction, they said they would text me when ready (I went to see if it was ready 1 hour after it was sent). They closed 4 hours later without filling my prescription.

So the store is at a convenient location. That’s positive. The issue I had with the store is that I made an online order to purchase 3 bottles of hand soaps and tried to use a coupon, which online checkout accepted. I was also charged for the correct amount online at the point of purchase. When I pick up my order, my 3 bottles of hand soaps turned into one bottle. And the store manager told me he, without my permission, cancelled my order due to “low inventory” and created a new order of 1 bottle at original price. I am very disappointed in how the store can simply manipulate the online order I paid for and make an order I didn’t make and charge my card. This is simply not the right way to do business. I will not visit this store again and do not recommend anyone to make any online order to be picked up at this location. This is nothing short of a scam.

Bad attitude of the store staff. Me and wife had put 2 separate orders of gift tag with coupons which we both received, so first I had to wait 10 min at the booth for someone to come and provide me the pick-up and when executive came, he gave 1 set and said other set cannot be given to same household. I challenged him on this policy as online system allows ordering and me and my wife both received the coupons and I asked him to let me talk to manager but executive said you cannot talk to manager at this time. I even challenge this policy of household use of coupons to Walmart, if there's any truth, very bad attitude of store executives.
