Super nice people working here! Online it says they are open until 7pm. No such luck. But Linda Z saw me heading to the door at 6:06pm and let me in. I needed something desperately and it must have shown. 2 minutes later and I’d checked out. She was nice the whole time, a wonderful treat since I’m sure she’d had a long day. Very cool

I ordered a screen door online to pick up at this store. After waiting a week, I got an email that the door was ready to pick up. When I arrived, I was told that the door had been damaged but the manager was too busy to call me and let me know about it. I was told that the manger wasn’t in but he would be there in about an hour. So I made a trip in for nothing, and the person handling the refund didn’t know what he was doing so it took a long time and was very frustrating. I wish I could have gotten a refund on my gas and time when a simple phone call would have saved me both! I would love to give them zero stars!

It can be slightly intimidating at times to walk in and try and figure out what’s needed. But the level of care and customer service here is unmatched! I can’t remember her name but a female employee saved me a great deal of time by recommending a graphite powder to help fix a sticky door lock. It worked like magic!
