I had my prescription refilled on Thursday it normally takes a while to come in so I understood that it was probably gonna be late in coming on Monday when it still didn’t come in on Monday I called on Tuesday where the pharmacy manager told me that they had it and they Were filling it. I then came in on Wednesday in the afternoon and they still didn’t have it ready. Five business days and two weekend days and they didn’t have one prescription ready.. Time-consuming and disappointing

Someone used my name and phone number recently at this establishment to make a purchase and they didn't have my permission and or consent, I received an email this afternoon and I was never ever at this CVS recently and I've never been in this establishment,the associate or associates really really needs to be more aware and pay more attention to the person giving the number wether it's a Man or woman when punching in numbers on the computer because this is clearly identity fraud 🤬🤬
I know I won't be shopping at this establishment because that wasn't right at all !!!

Difficult to work with, nit consumer friendly. It truly seems like they just don't care about the customer or the customers time or concerns. I understand busy, I am an RN with 45 years experience, mostly in Critical Care.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Sadly this is the only one near me. If I could go elsewhere where I would. Medications out of stock, no message saying it is, so I drive here for nothing. The customer service is minimal at best, even rude at times.

Incompetent called about an Amazon return , clerk yes we do bring it down. Drove 20 minutes get there and I’m told they don’t use the QR code sent from Amazon it has to have a label, how about starting with that information on the phone.

Pharmacy is extremely inefficient. No customer focus. Clearly under very poor management. Folks working in there are obviously poorly trained and overwhelmed. If your Dr is 1 minute down the road from them still send the script somewhere else like Putnam CT CVS. It will be ready by the time you get there. They have more helpful employees and you just saved yourself 2 hours and a lot of annoyance.

The Hispanic girl Joan is the best at serving her clients with great kindness and with a nice smile and attitude for us wherever she is serving ❤️
