One of the better "dollar/value" stores in the area. Always well stocked, staffed, and clean.
An update or two, they've started out with this new tier of items called dollar tree plus and although the items are a bit more than the standard $1.25, the selection is exemplary. The quality and variety of holiday decorations have also been taken up a couple of notches.

Well I stood in line and patiently waited while 2 workers already agitated their selves and customer with problem herself apologized. I really didn't want to make matters worse. After 5-10 minutes I wasn't upset , I had to make another stop and walk home with ice cream. The lady at the first register was rude. She didn't pack my things and breathed a huff at me ! Usually very nice atmosphere and workers. Place is clean and stocked. Workers were always polite and helpful ?

I have visited this store several times. It has everything you need. I love the milk sold there. I discovered it has real taste. If you use this milk you will never use the ordinary ones in other stores. Give it a try.

My daughter was married in nearby Sturbridge and I needed a few more little things for decorating and games. I live in Billerica and go to Dollar Trees in my town and all the surrounding ones, and this store in Southbridge was heads above any other I've shopped in. It was clean, bright, organized, stocked, and best of all, the nicest employees! I wish I could remember the name of the woman that helped me in the aisles (2/9) she was awesome and then the checkout guy was great as well! I seriously smiled the entire time in your store! Whoever the manager is, well done! Your employees seem happy and the store was beautiful. And yes, I can't believe I'm leaving a review for a Dollar Tree, but that's how good it was.

Dollar trees are a dime a dozen but this one is the best. Great selection and quantity. This Dollar Tree has what your looking for plus some. This is today's Modern General Store.
