“Ive lived in southbridge a little over 5 years now and have been taking my kids here since we first moved out here. We mainly only utilize the basketball court and pool . Family swim is amazing and my kids love it, the only downfall i would say would be the basketball court. Whenever we try to use the courts their shut down for the entire day for pickleball or something else. If people are paying for these spaces they should be able to utilize them accordingly not on certain schedules. Other than that its the YMCA , theyre amazing ! They do a ton for the community and its a great safe space for everybody.”

“I have been going to this gym for almost 5 years. It's perfect for every level. Staff and members are helpful and encouraging. We are all sizes, all ages, all abilities. My favorite program is the team training. It's a fun group and Lauren is a great trainer.”
