“Yesterday was a rough day. After waiting 3 hrs to be seen at an urgent care in Worcester, I rushed back to town and arrived at the window just at 9pm closing time. The man who came to the window was kind and heard my plea to complete the transaction for the meds my sick children needed even though they were technically closed. I was so grateful and relieved! “Although I find the in-store experience ok. I find jumping through hoops in order to speak to someone in the pharmacy very frustrating. You get for example on your re fill.there is missing information we will reach out to your prescriber. There was no missing information to fill it in the first place. You call you can not speak to anyone, you are forced to leave a voicemail. After you talk to the AI that asks a million questions.”
