We have been dealing with Savers bank for years- our vehicle loans, mortgage, personal loans, ETC. We most recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa Gerulaitis, one of Savers lending officers. She was wonderful to work with in our most recent refinance. She showed amazing effort through this process and went above and beyond to get us the best rates and debts to be paid. On top of this, she personally thanked us with a gift in the mail for choosing savers as our continued mortgage. Why would we choose to go else where? Thank you again Lisa Gerulaitis!

Savers Bank should remember that they are a community bank, and work to support and represent their community. Instead, their Vice President is a blatant racist, representing Savers Bank with hate speech and vile videos in a public forum. I'm glad I no longer live in Southbridge, I will not be tempted to consider them for services.

Thanks Savers for the $4. interest on my savings account!!! Not so happy about the $4. card charges for using the atm at a nearby bank instead of the 20 minutes drive to Savers.

I used them for five years and had fair service mostly. This past 6 months I have been treated poorly and they made changes unilaterally to my account without notice that caused disruptions to my business and personal finances without warning. I called and they were less than helpful. Strongly suggest using another bank.

Was looking to pickup some silver dollars. Girl on phone said that she wouldn't take my money, that if they had any it would be for their customers only. Not a good way to get new customers to go to that bank.

I had my card stolen and within a day they had the situation resolved. The staff was super warm and friendly. I highly recommend this bank! So glad I'm with savers! Charlton branch was fantastic as always.

Long time customer with a minor issue and each level made issue worse and not better. Acted like a big bank in the process. Lots of Auburn banks would not recommend this one
