“I was moving a studio apartment an hour away, the van was perfect and it fit everything I needed. I was actually surprised how much it could hold. The van was in excellent condition and was great to drive. I am a woman and I had no problem handling it, even on the highway. The app or online website are great to place the order and also to drop off after hours. The office closes at 3, I dropped off at 6 pm and followed the instructions which included questions and photos. Then dropped key in the box. I gassed up prior to drop off and was charged the estimate amount $90 for 4 hours plus insurance and a dolly. The people here were friendly and helpful but keep in mind its a busy place at a gas station so it's a little hectic, that's the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. This was a great experience overall.”
