“Staff was nice enough and accommodating. In typical Uhaul fashion, the trailer I rented was not available where I reserved it. That has nothing to do with the local locations, that's just a poorly ran company. You can also get your clothes dry cleaned while picking up a trailer here.”

“Uhaul was easy and comfortable to communicate thru the app to customer service. Thought it was going to be an issue since the gas station I picked the truck up from was closed. Went thru the app and they were able to tell me the code for the key box to grab the keys from the truck. Just don't make the mistake I did and lock up the truck and put back keys before you are done closing out the app. They want you to take a bunch of pics of the truck to prove you returned the truck properly. Don't return the keys until you have completely filled out all return forms and taken all the pics you need. You can't go back and get the combo for the lock again after you already unlocked the key box. Easy pick up. Easy drop off. Company has been around for ever because they are customer based
