Walgreens in Southbridge,MA...the only reason for the 2 stars (instead of 1) is previous shopping experiences. Today I had a 2:50 appointment for vaccination,arrived at 2:45. Left at 3:30 because I got tired of waiting and had other things to do. Received a text at 3:50,1 hour after my SCHEDULED appointment,that my appointment was cancelled. I do not make appointments to wait for 45 minutes. Why bother even taking appointments in that case? I will go to CVS for vaccinations from now on.

I live in Fiskdale but prefer to drive to Southbridge Walgreens than the two closer stores where I can get my medication. I been going there for many years when I lived in Southbridge, I know them & they know me. Why mess w/ a good thing. No issues...Leave it alone.

I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at the Southbridge Walgreens store. The customer service was severely lacking, and the staff displayed a rude and unhelpful attitude.In contrast, the CVS store located right next door provided a much more positive experience. Their employees were friendly and accommodating.To make matters worse, I was given a faulty inhaler from the Walgreens store. When I contacted them to rectify the situation, they showed complete indifference and refused to take any responsibility. This is particularly concerning as I rely on this medication for my well-being.I hope that this feedback can be used to improve the customer service and overall operations at the Southbridge Walgreens store.

The pharmacists are too rude and never bother to receive the call, always putting the calls on hold for more than 17 to 19 minutes. Pathetic customer service!!

I’d do 0 star the store manger in the Southbridge store the worst he’s rude and impatient when he rang me up And very sarcastic very odd atmosphere walking in there the cashiers don’t even acknowledge or say hi to you when you walk in or greet you in any way the only two that have have been a lady named Tina and a young man at night called Jamie both were super pleasant other then that def not going to this store until the manager removed he should not be in. Retail talking to a customer with the level of sacarism in his Voice I don’t care how long he has worked for you he’s a employee like the rest of him and his actions need to be dealt with unless you guys don’t care about your customer and are. Money hungry in that case I can insure I you I will able to have some very frequent shoppers take there business to cvs Fix your staff or learn how to properly train a 3 year old could run a better business

Terrible place to get your prescription the pharmacist is rude they act like they discriminate against patients on pain meds or people they think have substance use disorders.

The pharmacy helped a family member receive life saving medication. CVS in Charlton (and CVS within 100 miles, too) were out of insulin prxn needed. Southbridge Walgreens stepped up and saved the day! Shout out to Declon for handling the prescription transfer and fill.

This pharmacy is ridiculous everytime I call it doesn't matter the time of day they don't pick up and quickly put you on hold. Not even a “Hi, please hold” it's just straight to hold. And always 20 minutes plus on hold.
