The pharmacy helped a family member receive life saving medication. CVS in Charlton (and CVS within 100 miles, too) were out of insulin prxn needed. Southbridge Walgreens stepped up and saved the day! Shout out to Declon for handling the prescription transfer and fill.

Do not EVER try to speak with a live person via telephone!!! They put you on auto with music and never answer. They called me several times and asked to call them. Impossible. Poor customer service. I switched to them because I was receiving similar terrible service from their competitor next door. Not surprised people are switching to places like WalmartJust went today and again horrible service.I used the drive thru. What a joke, ended up shutting my car off I was there so long!!!! Someone came on and said we will be with you shortly!!! Seriously if you have time to say that, get my meds!!! 7/20/23

I have attempted to speak with the pharmacist waited on hold the first call for 1 hr and I hung up out of sheer frustrationI called back requested to speak with the manager was again placed on hold told just prior to that they would let them know I was calling only to wait again for 30 minutes have them pick up and pick my call back on hold I hung up and called right back waited again for 20 minutes only to get disconnected

Very busy and short staffed. I understand to be patient even if it’s inconvenient. I work in healthcare as well and patience goes a long way. Harley seems to only be the one running the front cashier position and I appreciate him for helping

Called them to ask the pharmacist a question( My Dr. had called in a med. for Me at abt. 3pm) I called at 4:15 to see if it was ready and it took them 40 mins to answer the call just to tell Me it wouldn't be ready till 7pm they don't check their fax to see Dr's orders. smh

This pharmacy is ridiculous everytime I call it doesn't matter the time of day they don't pick up and quickly put you on hold. Not even a “Hi, please hold” it's just straight to hold. And always 20 minutes plus on hold.

Wow what great customer service!! Isabelle and Jahro were amazing. So helpful and patient with us. We were getting pictures made and the machine wasn't working. Isabelle patiently walked us through the process on the phone and ensured we got the perfect size. Jahro was super friendly as well. Great job Walgreens!! These 2 are keepers and deserve to be rewarded for their amazing customer service!! Thank you both!!!

This pharmacy has been decent. The only issues I've had is with the Walgreens app telling me a prescription is ready before it actually is. I uninstalled the app and went back to calling in to check and haven't had anymore issues.

Choose a different pharmacy!!! It is impossible to speak in person to the pharmacy. Instead, Walgreen's Pharmacy thinks it is perfectly fine to give you an automated list of options, which does not answer your question when you call. It is OK with Walgreen's to give you automated answers, many of them, totally unrelated to your specific question. In my case, I got an email telling me they gave me a different shot other than the one they said they gave me. I think this is very important to know for my health and what I possibly need to do next. I am not feeling well. It is impossible to get a real person on the telephone. Evidently it is more important to Walgreen's CEOs to save money for their pocketbooks, rather than take adequate care of the people they serve. In my case, they are not serving me. This is not service. This is reprehensible and bad for health. For point of information, Walgreen's took my bio off of Facebook, which includes all my last names, including my maiden name of Jennings. Just to be clear, I am NOT Linda J.
