I believe people still confusing "Academic Education with Manner". I walked in this place and said "Good Morning" and no one answered back. The funniest thing was that all Teller looked at me, including the men inside the office at the right side of the main entrance and they all ignored me. I just walked away smiling, I couldn't believe it. Welcome to the new millennium...

Was on hold for 25+ mins trying to reach customer service. Don’t understand why it’s so hard to pick up the phone! Hire more help, clearly I’m not the first person to have a complaint of this type ?

Great customer service at this bank, even over the phone and via snail mail. My parents were long time customers at this Berkshire Bank, with three accounts and many many transactions (the old fashioned kind - weekly cashing of checks at the drive through window). They both died at the end of 2019 and I, their daughter and estates' Personal Representative, have been working with Asst Manager, Giovanni Allsop to close out three accounts, and move those moneys to new trust and estate accounts nearer to my home. Giovanni and I worked out a plan to close out these accounts and transfer the moneys, some of it via check, and some via wire transfer. He helped me think through all the documentation and steps required, and then was gracious about executing everything promptly. I even received a phone call from April who was executing the wire transfer just to make sure everything on the application was correct. I checked this morning and everything went through perfectly! Terrific personal customer service which doesn't exist in the local bank where I live!

They have been my bank for 3 years and i have to say they are so rude worst customer service ever . Somethime i drive to WestSpringfield so i don't have to deal with them .

Amazing customer service. No waits and the tellers know their banking very well. One thing of note, the tellers remembered me for coming in looking for dollar coins and without me asking remembered and asked me if I would like them. I did and it was a nice feeling knowing a hometown bank cares about their customers.

The tellers in the Gristmill plaza Berkshire bank are not friendly at all !
