I have been here twice. The first time me and my friends had an appointment for 5pm for all 4 of us called twice to book and confirm. My first friend wasn’t seated until 5:30 then I was seated at 6 the 3rd friend was seated at 6:30 and the 4th wasn’t even seated until 7:15. We were sitting waiting and told them we had an appointment and even got there at 4:50 early. It was 5:10 2 people walk in and got sat right away. As I was seating in my seat and me and a friend were next to eachother this other woman even had to speak up for us cause they kept taking other people in first. The nails were good the service just isn’t. The second time I went I had a 4pm appointment this other lady walked in with a 4:15 and a worker comes over and takes her first. I got seated 30 minutes later then my appointment time and as I was getting them done it was rushed, flies crawling on me everywhere. This salon does amazing at nails but the service is horrible. They overbook all the time.

11am appointment. Stood for 9 minutes before someone said hello, how can I help you? Staff NOT friendly or welcoming. Felt rushed once seated. Not a pleasant nor relaxing experience. Will not return.

Called to see if they’d have time for a pedicure on a Saturday and was told to come at 3:30. I arrived at that time to find more people in chairs than people working, but they told me to wait a few minutes. After half an hour I had to leave. Extra frustrating as I have a newborn and a toddler and getting time to myself is next to impossible and this was a supposed to be a special treat for Mother’s Day.

Since the new owners took over, it has been a great experience.
Salon is clean and much better than before. They are friendly and do a great job on my pedicures. Prices are a little higher. $45 for a basic gel pedicure which is normally $35. Otherwise I would have rated them a 5.

My first time here under the new management. I was very impressed!!! I got a franchise manicure and loved it. Also got a pedicure. All 3 people treated me like royalty. I will definitely be back. You should definitely give them them a chance. You will not be disappointed!!!Services: Foot massages

A married couple owns this place, the husband is usually nice, and so are their kids... but the wife oh my gosh... i went here for awhile and every time I had her my experience was horrible.. so i stopped going to this place. She would answer FaceTime calls in the middle of painting my nails, scroll instagram, get up and walk away 5 times and honestly she was super rude too... so I stopped going a couple years ago, yesterday my family wanted to go here and booked an appointment so i gave them one more chance. Well, I got stuck with her as my nail tech and I was really hoping I wouldn't. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she literally rolled her eyes and started talking to her husband in another language. (It was literally just black and pink/purple ombré) She kept asking me what website i got the pic from and literally started looking through my camera roll... she said she needed to know the site to know if she could do it, i told her it was a screenshot i don't remember where it came from and than she said she couldn't do it than LOL, than said she can do purple and black and asked me how many fingers I wanted and I said all she said "all 10?! i told you we don't do that" so i said "just do black im over this" so i'm already unhappy... than once again she's on her phone a bunch, and the only thing she decided to talk about is how my mom is skinny and i'm not, and how i'm probably the mailman's baby, she was just way too comfortable talking and laughing about this after being nothing but rude prior. She honestly just has mean girl energy and is super super rude I don't know how this place has stayed open with her there. I was so close to exploding on her and freaking out but kept it together because my family was getting their nails done and I didn't want to cause a scene. Also, she didn't even ask me how long I wanted my nails she just cut them too short, but I just wanted to get out of there and be done so I wasn't gonna make her re do it. i was just so over her crazy attitude.

This place is the best! I got a gel manicure 3 weeks ago and the nail polish is just now starting to chip. Normally, it takes only a week for my nails to be ruined by Nail Studio & Spa is something special! Thanks for the holiday cheer :)Service: Gel manicures
