I was met by a very knowledgeable woman, Chris, who not only tested my soil, but also guided me in which plants will thrive best in each location and how to properly care and fertilize them as well. To say that she’s an asset to this location is an understatement! I’ve never gone into a nursery and left feeling fully confident that I could take on such a large task on my own with the knowledge that I was given. The rest of the staff is also kind, helpful and friendly as well. The store is always clean, tidy and organized when I visit. I am happy to say I find no reason to shop elsewhere for my garden/outdoor needs.”

“I originally ordered online from them and had a bad experience. Two things I'd ordered and paid for weren't in stock and hadn't been in stock for weeks. When they asked me if I'd accept an alternative, I picked one; but when it was delivered they'd given me a different alternative than the one I picked.But recently I went in-store with my puppy and my friends with their puppies and we had a great time! They were extremely friendly and helpful at the counter. So maybe I'll just purchase in-store from now on.”

“Me and my brother went here moments ago and let me tell you, this place is amazing, the staff are patient, calm, and kind. The horses are beautiful and kept in good condition and treated well, it's a little sloppy since there's stool in most places. Payment is cheap and easy so if you are on a budget this is the place. Beautiful trail with fields and trees, and you have control of your own horse making the experience even better. The lady over the phone was very nice and explained to me the prices and how everything works. It's also very easy to find the entrance. Overall it's a great place for family and kids. ?”

“We needed to buy a tractor, so I visited Tractor Supply in Simsbury, Connecticut, which is in our area.

The salesperson, Jacquelyn, was very friendly and offered to help me choose a tractor. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the advantages of the different models and helping me order the model I chose.

When I got home, realizing that the model I chose was too big for our garage, I called the store and asked to cancel my order. The store manager Jeff who answered my call immediately explained how to cancel my order and gave me a customer service number to call to cancel my order.

The customer service representative, Chalsey, not only processed my cancellation request very quickly, but also helped me get a full refund for the cancelled purchase.

Summarizing my impressions from communicating with different employees of different departments of Tractor Supply, I came to the conclusion that the company has a customer-oriented policy. Therefore, when I need to buy something that is there, I will first come to the company store.”
