I have searched the internet trying to find a fix for my gaming machine. I finally gave up and contacted Southwick Computer Services! I wish I had done it sooner instead of spending countless months dealing with the problem.
He was able to squeeze me in his already busy week. He Picked up my gaming PC at my house, and the next morning contacted me saying what the problem was. (dying power supply). That same day, he ordered a new power supply, and had it delivered and installed the next day! Robert went above and beyond to update my bios, update any out of date drivers that were needing updating and made sure everything was in tip-top shape!
Robert worked around my work schedule on a late Friday night to drop off my computer, just so I could game again.
I highly recommend Southwick Computer Services! Professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond! What more can you ask for?
I'll be in contact again about building another computer soon!

Just wanted to come by and leave a review :) Robert's service and pricing is the best that you can find around this area. My laptop was having display issues, and he was able to diagnose, order parts + repair, and return my laptop in just 4 days. He provided constant updates and photos as the service was in progress. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and skillfully Robert was able to perform the service compared to my experience with other repair services in the past. I would absolutely recommend Southwick Computer Services to anyone looking for IT services in the area!

Loved working with this business!Came to pick up my computer (a service that is super convenient) and assessed it quickly. When the news came back that my computer had died completely, Robert worked with me to pick out a great computer that fits my purposes extremely well.He kept open communication throughout the whole service, keeping me up to date with what he was doing or the tracking of my new computer.2023 update: just coming back to update this and say that we still use Robert's services and he is just as great as the first time we used him! I had a major computer failure that Robert took SO much time and effort to fix, but he powered through it and didn't give up until it was taken care of. More recently, the hinge on my laptop broke and he was unable to fix it due to the part not being made anymore, but was more than happy to talk me through my options and give me a solution that worked well for me!

Robert was quick to respond. The whole experience was highly professional. Had a custom gaming PC that would not boot. After finding a motherboard failure, he was able to recover all of my priceless music production data and correct build and design issues from the previous owner. Would highly Recommend his business!

I contacted Southwick Computers as my laptop was running slow and my printer no longer worked after a power outage at my residence. Robert arrived at my residence determined what the issues were and solved the problem. Robert also updated my laptop to run more efficiently.Robert is very professional and knowledgeable about computers. Should I ever have another issue with my laptop; I'm giving Robert a call!

Robert is exceptional in the way he works with you and how he explains what he is doing and how you should approach your system. He is also very explicit in the way he handles his instruction as to procedures. I would strongly recommend Robert in setting up your systems!

Robert of Southwick Computer Services set us up with a great new laptop, transferred all our data and got us running again within a week of when our old one died. Even gave us an inservice on the new one and patiently answered our many questions. We recommend him highly!

Southwick Computer Services is an outstanding business! I contacted Robert because I unexpectedly could not access any of my data. It seemed like the computer had put itself back into factory settings. I was frantic as I needed to get info to an accountant for tax season. Robert responded within an hour of my leaving a message. He took my computer to research the problem and within a day had solved the issue. He is courteous and competent. I highly recommend Southwick Computer Services!

SCS , Robert handled my data transfer from my old, sick, Lenovo to my new laptop super fast and set up the home screen. He was able to find lost documents that I thought were lost forever. All at a very reasonable price. Great job Bob!! ?
