Do not get their fried chicken (pieces). Take a chicken that should be euthanized due to starvation, cut up into pieces, dip in batter, dip again and again. You have a piece of bone with 1/4" of grease coating. If I Took all the chicken from their 7 pc dinner and put it in a cup, you may get a 1/2 cup of chicken.... Maybe... I am not a fussy/picky eater... And I hate to say this, it was garbage..

Big Y has everything I want and need. Huge healthy/Organic/veg/vegan choices.. Best locally grown tables in produce. Fish dept. is really well run with very friendly staff! You will find everything you need and more here with really friendly/helpful staff.

The big Y in Southwick has once again disappointed!! I thought I would try self check out because in my experience the cashiers and baggers are poorly trained and more concerned with visiting with each other. But after I scanned all my purchases, I could not figure out how to look up my card by my phone number. I tried to ask the employee working in the area. He said he would look it up in a minute and then continued his conversation with another customer. Who by the way moved here recently from Vermont snd has a 5 year old daughter. I waited so long the machine asked me if I was going to complete my order twice. I just paid and left.

Slowest grocery store ever! Went in for 2 items. Took forever. Lazy people can't help to bag their own groceries. Making the slow as molasses staff do all of it.
