“Originally went there for an oil change on a recommendation of a coworker. Have since been there more times while also calling for advice. They have been super helpful, caring, professional and respectful. The staff genuinely seem to enjoy working there as well as enjoy each other. That enjoyment reflects on how they treat me the customer. The place can get busy but I always feel they have time for the next person who walks in. Will keep going back for the next issues i have”

“First time here. Honda Civic, 2013. Starter was failing, and needed normal maintenance (oil, fluids, etc.). I showed up at 7am. They worked on it and I got it by around 9:38am. It was $923, +4% because I paid with card. The car works just fine. They give a 2-year warranty on the repairs. Labor costs were about the same as part costs, brand new part. There was no woman there (I'm mentioning this because of comments I read about some rude woman). They were polite, and the cost of the repair was within Kelly's Blue Book estimates. They also fix cars for the police. I'll try to remember to update you on how it goes months later! They have a place to sit, and a bathroom one can use. I drove about 24 minutes from Worcester, and I think it was worth it.”
“First place in a long long time I've taken my truck to and they got it right in, fixed the issues I was having and I was still able to work all day. Every thing was done exactly right and they are so nice. No one with an attitude which is huge in my book, I would take my truck here if I was 300 miles closer to another repair shop. “Was Driving by saw some corvette body parts hanging on the side of a shipping container turned around went in wound up getting a rear quarter panel that I had been searching for and for a good price this place is a parts gold mine was treated very well left feeling like had hit the jackpot great people extremely well run shop organized, clean an online parts operation second to none I am in the auto body repair and sales business for close to 40 years and this place really impressed me I would give them a 10 as for a high end used parts organization try these people and you will be impressed also”
