Bought stihl blower big money . Died in 4 years . Said 1000 to fix new cost. 549 . They say have 2 in stock .Ok tell service tech will be there Friday pick up old a d buy new. Get there after fighting traffic. One no 600 to buy told there were 2. Ok let me pick up my old blower . Oh it's nor back together yet come back Monday. Don't go to this store bad all the way around

Klems is great. I got a mower from them and it was a very easy transaction and delivery. The staff was always super nice and helpful and plan on going back to pick up some fun stuff for my new mower.

Worse customer service ever on the phone. The simple days of calling a number and not being transferred numerous times or simply having employees that are knowledgable is none existent here.

When I was young I used to take the ride to Klem’s with my dad. He was a farmer, horses, cows, lots of kids. He had a big garden, he was a blacksmith & had plenty of fields to hay. Klem’s is a very special memory for me. Thank you for still being there

This past Wednesday I had an hour to shop before picking up my grandson and when I headed to vehicle to put my purchases away
I dropped my keys and they fell into the drain in parking lot. After momentarily losing my mind your staff sought Aaron, facility manager and he had my keys back in my hand in less than 5 minutes. Aaron was kind, thoughtful and I so appreciated his assistance. AARON was my HERO that day.
We live out of state and try and plan a visit at Klem’s.Its so unique and always a great shopping experience.

I love Klems it's such a great store, there is so much to look at. They also have a self service popcorn machine for free... I will be going back. ( They have fish, birds and bunnies) They have all types of gardening equipment and soils. Toys to barbeque, wood and all types of tools. I love this place.
