Verizon gives very little effort in making this store work. That's not just from our family but from the employees themselves who tell us each time we're there how bad this location is. Our current issue is we keep being told by a Verizon agent that someone who can help us set up home internet is there, but every time we go they tell us they're unqualified or don't know how to do it. I've already been avoiding Spectrum like the plague because they screwed me over about 6 or 7 years ago and haven't given them a cent since. I LOVED Verizon since because they're who I went to after that and they helped out a ton. This location though has been such a disappointment and unhelpful mess that Verizon is better off closing it down.

Spencer Verizon was great. When entering the store it was inviting, clean, good energy. Jake was fantastic, he had a few technical issues. Not his fault more WIFI issues( slow speed). I think he went over and above his job trying to get out phone trade ins to go through. He stuck with it and then contacted us about 3 hours later to confirm it was all set! After closing time at that. Dedication!

Have had issues the last 3 times we've used this location; the most recent one being a new employee provided information that was completely inaccurate and when we went back we were told by another employee that the previous person was new and that they gave us the wrong information and because they don't have a manager right now thare was nothing they could do to help. Cost us over $600 because someone didn't know how to do their job properly. Be aware that what you are being told may not actually be true. I will go somewhere else from now on even though it will be further away. Worth it to not have to deal with the subpar service from here

I visited the Verizon store in Spencer to transfer my cellular service from my old iPhone SE to a new iPhone 16e. I also needed my number ported from my old Tracfone account to a new Verizon account. I frankly had a lot of trepidation about this transfer; previously, when I tried twice to transfer my service from my iPhone SE to a new iPhone that I purchased from Tracfone, the Tracfone techs that I dealt with were completely useless and failed to accomplish what I needed. (Both times, I ended up sending the iPhones I purchased from Tracfone back, and this was after spending hours with Tracfone techs that really didn't seem to know their jobs.) When I went to the Spencer Verizon store, Jake and Matt were the two people who were running the store at that time, and they were able to handle the transfer of service and the porting of my number to my new iPhone with no issues. Even when they themselves had questions about the porting of my phone number from Tracfone to a new Verizon prepaid account, they were at least able to talk to other Verizon techs to get answers. And this was the great difference between talking to a tech from some far part of the world on the phone to talking to someone face to face at a store that is a 15 minute drive from my home. Thank you, Jake and Matt for your very professional and helpful service.

Spencer Verizon store is very welcoming and customer service oriented. Nick was so friendly and not pushy as many are. Spencer has been my phone store and service center for years and always will be. No super long lines or waiting. It’s nice to leave with a smile on your face! Thank you 😁📱

Sam was very nice and helpful, but signed me up for protection plans and cloud services that I DEFINITELY did not ask for or was told about. Had to spend a while on the phone with customer service to get the charges removed from my bill, and it's been a week since those calls and it's STILL not resolved. If Verizon wasn't one of the best service providers, I'd definitely be on a different plan after that nonsense. How am I supposed to trust them when they start out like that? Brutal.
